Australian Style Daniella explains she could have easily been a fashion designer if their business had not expanded so quickly in the early days, leaving them little time to pursue different design streams. "Design is one of those things that merges all boundaries," she says, "If you love fashion, then it similarly flows through into interior and architectural design, and I love that we can offer our clients a really personalised and extensive design service in creating spaces that reflect comfort and style." Wallpaper It might have been here for almost seven years, but it's still our favourite place in town for furniture and decorative art from the mid 1950s to 1970s. Almost everything in the expansive showroom, which owners Marcus and Daniella are currently in the process of updating, is covetable. Turnover is brisk, but last time we dropped by, we were particularly taken by a Featherston chair, covered in original linen weave upholstery, a rare 1930s adjustable chaise lounge and a red Fritz Hansen 'Pantonova' seating system.
